Ice Box Fruitcake
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Marshmallows
1-1/2 Cup Milk
1 Lb. Crushed Graham Crackers
4-1/2 Oz. White or Regular Raisins
6 Oz. Candied Cherries cut into quarters
3 Cups Chopped Pecans
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
Melt marshmallows in milk in double boiler. Cool for 1 hour. Stir cinnamon into graham crackers. Then mix melted marshmallows with graham crackers. Add raisins, candied cherries, and chopped pecans. Line 8” square by 2-1/2” deep pan with wax paper and press mixture into pan. Refrigerate overnight. Keep refrigerated.
