Home Made Pimento Cheese

This is a whole lot better than the store bought pimento cheese.
Pimento Cheese
Ingredients:
16 Oz. Grated Medium Cheddar Cheese
16 Oz. Grated Colby Cheese
8 Oz. Diced Pimentos (drained)
Dash of Salt
Dash of Pepper
1 Tsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Horseradish
1/2 Quart Mayonnaise
Put cheese in large mixing bowl then add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly with hands. Refrigerate.
Pimento Cheese
